I have a recto vaginal fistula that developed after around 5-6 weeks after my pregnancy..started with wind then I went to get it checked by my gynaecologist, he couldn t find the fistula..after that I had a bit of poo leaking from my vagina..doesn t haleem everyday and is a very small amount..worried if it may get worse during my future pregnancy..does it usually worsen during pregnancy or delivery?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What problems you are stating is indicative of recto-vaginal fistula. The track needs to be carefully explored and resected for the cure. Hence, surgery is the only means by which proper correction is possible. Kindly consult Surgeon for clinical examination and its appropriate management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
