How Can Sjoren S Syndrome And Peripheral Neuropathy Be Treated?

I am a 70 yr. old female who has been diagnosed with FMS in 1986 following a car accident where I was hit head on by a drunk driver. I had pain for years following with increased weakness that led me to retire from my nursing job. I have now had a skin biopsy which shows I have IBM Type 2. That also showed that I have Sjoren s Syndrome and peripheral neuropathy. I am seen in the Neuroscience Dept. and followed for monoclonal gamopathy . No doctor wants to co-ordinate my care with the many people I have seen. My pain reaches a level 10 every day, I am on oxycodone & Tramadol. The pain is agony and I am lost.
