My mother s age is 63 Yrs and she is asthamatic. In her CBC report following were on higher/lower side from normal range TLC- 15500, Eosinophil - 10, and Lymphocytes - 20. Her Hb is 13.2, her weight is 63 Kg and height is 147 Cm What medicines are suggestedx
Your eosinophil are high and AEC high. Hence suggestive of allergic asthma condition.
Spirometry should be done to decide further management plan.
Regular formeterol and budesonide combination pump can be prescribed for maintainance therapy
Just now as eosinophils high, treatment with montelukast plus fexofenedine combination can be prescribed for 10 days and than repeat CBC. Hetrazan also can be prescribed for that.
Take care
Hope your concern solved
