How Can TSH Levels Be Controlled?

Iam 20 years old i weigh 83 kgs i am around 175 cm tall. My Fiance and i have been trying to conceive for over 1 year. My tsh level is at 4.04 i am currently on medication trying to get that down because this friday i start synarel nose spray to get myself ready for next month doing IVF. can someone please help im scared my levels are too high

I can understand your concern.

Your TSH level is still at normal range and nothing to worry about that. You don't have hypothyroidism. Still if you have difficulties in conceive then go for free T3 and Free T4 level once. Then plan accordingly.
