Hello,

Was urine culture and sensitivity done before starting antibiotic? Was the choice of antibiotic made based on culture sensitivity report? Is the child taking medicine properly without missing dose? If all these answers turn out yes then no need to worry much. If the child is having neck rigidity, i.e., not able to touch the chest with chin you need to reach out to ER.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jasmine Jagan
