Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

E. coli is the most common cause of Urinary tract infection (UTI). It may have resistance to many drugs. So, get a urine culture and sensitivity done, and also get a USG abdomen for pyelonephritis or other infections.

If you see no response to the above antibiotics, then it is better to start an alternative medicine. Use antipyretic or other medications.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat her accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
