How Can UTI And Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

probably for a year or so i have been diagnosed with a uti and bv sometimes together but most of the time separately every single month. i went weds to the walk in clinic she gave me cipro for my uti instead of bactrim like i normally take then fri i returned back to the walk in clinic with bv she prescribed me flagyl and diflucan one to take immediately and the other at the end of my antibiotics. i took the last dose of cipro sunday morning and today i feel like i still have a bladder infection. I have one sex partner since 4 months ago. 2 month ago i decided to rule out stds. all my results came back negative. only bv and uti results are showing positive every month. ive taken probiotics and rephresh ive tried flagyl long term. i urinate before sex and after no tight clothing no new laundry soap or shower soap no douche post hysterectomy no tampons or pads/liners. help i feel like im going crazy
