Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
UTI are usually in women espacially after menopauze. My advice to you are:
-Drink plenty of water as it helps and I will suggest blueberry tea as a natural urinary antiseptic. -Try to avoid public toilets. -Don't use soap for washing your intimate area as it destroys your natural bacterial flora. Use only antiseptic with neutral pH.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Elona Dashi
