How Can UTI Be Treated?

Yes, I have a Transvaginal mesh. I have pain every day and night with this. I have a UTI at this time and it is a bad one. I take tramadol daily. I have had no relief with this infection. Can you give me any advice about how to control my pain?

Hi,

Avoid regular use of Tramadol for this condition. Take Ciprofloxacin. If burning pain during micturition is intolerable then take Phenazopyridine along with Ciprofloxacin (keep in mind discoloration of urine due to it).

Drink plenty of water through out day.

Above medications are prescription drugs so you need to get it prescribed by nearby physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
