My daughter was given alprim for a UTI initial dose was given in hospital & remaining doses at home. She has another UTI 4 weeks later & we have 5 alprim tablets left. Correct me if im wrong but is the initial dose 2 tabs followed up by 1 tab daily for 2 days.
Hello Recurrent UTI in children especially girls should be assessed ruling out urinary reflux. So I suggest you to take your daughter to a doctor and not to start medication yourself.
