How Can A USG Showing A Thin Endometrium Along With Inflammatory Reaction Seen In The Right Adnexa Be Interpreted?

the result of my ultrasound scan read:uterus : anteverted , empty measuring 4.2cm - 3.2cm transverse. endomecrium is thin. adrexal: inflammatory reaction is seen in the right no gestation nor nyome is seen. pls sir I want to know d meaning of all thanks from Eva

The report rules out any possibility of pregnancy and there is no fibroid either. However, your one of the tubes/ ovary may be inflamed, which might be due to endometriosis or infection.
