How Can A Back Skin Lump With Oozing Be Treated?
Hi my bf has a lump under the skin (not visible but he can feel it) on his lower back/bum. When squeezed a thick white substance comes out, a lot. Then it will go away and fill up a few months later untill he squeezes it again. It has been there about 4 years. It's not painful, should he be worried?

From history it seems that he might be having infected sebaceous cyst producing white cheesy material coming out and filling again.
It might require excision of cyst with complete removal of sac.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
