Hi,

Your report says that you're having a hiatus hernia and gastritis due to bile entering into the esophagus.

Use tablet Esomeprazole.

For a hiatal hernia, you may need fundoplication. Avoid spicy food, alcohol intake, smoking and caffeine drinks.

If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
