How Can A Bleeding Lesion At The Anus Be Treated?

I have a fairly large rip on my anus from using the restroom its been there for about 8 weeks now and continues to remain and reopen when I go I keep it clean and protected from infection but it doesn t seem to get any smaller and bleeds quite a bit when I pass stool what should I do about this?

I can understand your concern.
Best treatment of anal fissures is prevention of constipation.
So drink plenty of fluids orally. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat high fiber diet like fruits, green leafy vegetables etc.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Go for walking after meals.
Seitz bath (sitting in warm water) 4-5 times a day is also beneficial.
Apply lignocaine gel on fissure area for pain relief.
You will mostly improve with all these.
