2 times hysteroscopy done..for fallopian tube blockage and septum noted in uterus now it s clear but doctor is saying that we have to do IVF because the AMH is too low 1.46 . Now what to do pls guide us too take a step. First time hysteroscopic septum resection performed with scissors.
