How Can A Blocked Tear Duct In The Right Eye Be Treated?

I have a blocked tear duct in my right eye. scheduled for surgery consult in a month. I have a constant dull headache in the front (forehead, sinus area) and sometimes sides of my head. Also my left eyelid is slightly swollen, doesn t hurt but noticeable to me. ibuprofen doesn t seem to help either

Hello! Welcome to HCM!

Punctum is closed it is to be dilated and syringing is to be done after injecting meth line blue x-ray can be taken so that any block can be located. If required rhinostomy can be done can be block in naso lacrimal duct surgically the blockage can be corrected.
