How Can A Blocked Tear Duct In The Right Eye Be Treated?
I have a blocked tear duct in my right eye. scheduled for surgery consult in a month. I have a constant dull headache in the front (forehead, sinus area) and sometimes sides of my head. Also my left eyelid is slightly swollen, doesn t hurt but noticeable to me. ibuprofen doesn t seem to help either
Punctum is closed it is to be dilated and syringing is to be done after injecting meth line blue x-ray can be taken so that any block can be located. If required rhinostomy can be done can be block in naso lacrimal duct surgically the blockage can be corrected.
Take care
