Hello welcome to the health care magic

Your child having microcytic hypochromic anemia.

Thalassemia minor is seems to be possibility here for which hplc test done (rbc mass also High)

Thalassemia minor is not any major illness, so don't worry if thalassemia minor is positive.

Thalassemia minor patient usually doesn't need blood transfusion and patient cam live normally.
During marriage, partner is to be preferably thalassemia negative to avoid thalassemia major child.

Take care

Hope this will help you
