How Can A Bruise Above The Knee Be Treated?

Hi, I tripped and fell almost 2 months ago and hit my thigh near above the knee (on the side). It bruised and was swollen for a few days. I ve noticed over the last couple of weeks the lump is actually bigger and very sore. There isn t any discoloration just swollen about the size of a tennis ball. I m really not sure what to do about it.

It could be muscle tear in thigh muscles. I recommend MRI of the thigh and consultation with an orthopedic surgeon.
