How Can A Bruise Above The Nose Be Treated?
So on Saturday I got a basketball to the face. It bruised a little and is still tender to touch. I have had a headache right above my nose for about 3 days. The headache gets worse with bright light or when I try and look up. Is it possible I have a concussion and should I see a doctor?

You might be having a hematoma. Generally, it will resolve on its own in a few days.
Expect the swelling to be mostly gone in about a week and the bruising to be gone in about two weeks. The tenderness should become less sensitive in a week or two.
In case you are not better even after 2 weeks then kindly consult a physician.
