How Can A Bruise On The Right Leg Be Treated?

Hi my friend has been hit by a motorbike while crossing the street. she has a large brusie on her outside right leg of her calf muscle. she fly for 2 hours in 3 days and then 11 hours in 7 days. she is walking around with no pain, 1st is it okay to fly and 2nd, should she be wearing a compression socking. I have iced the leg and elevated as much as possilbe. thank you

Yes, it is okay for her to fly and no she does not need to wear a compression stocking unless she has a previous history of venous disease/varicose veins..

With the prolonged flight, she would need to shift herself throughout the flight and also get up to walk at least 3 times.
