How Can A Chewing Gum Stuck In The Throat Be Removed?
It s been 2 days since I have gum stuck in my throat. I ate one that s slightly pastey or melted so when I swallow, parts of it went in my throat but eventually became hardened. I can still feel it and woke up last night choking but can still breathe. I m worried that eventually bacteria will grow around it if not removed. I ve tried drinking warm water, raw honey and eating more to get it down. Maybe I should keep doing it? I ve researched online saying it shouldn t be there longest 7 days. I don t want it there for a week thinning it ll be bad side effects in the long run. What should I do besides going to the doctor to pay when I can hopefully find other solutions right away?
