Hello. I have really big problems falling asleep, in the moment it s around 6 am (if I m lucky) when I finally close my eyes. Problem is: that s exactly the time when I need to get up for school. This started a few years ago and built slowly up. The worst about it is that I am so tired during the day that I fall asleep during school, it even happens during exams, which makes it a really big problem (It s my final year). When I m able to keep myself from falling asleep, I m usually too tired to pay attention to class. Sometimes I m able to go asleep as soon as I m home. In such cases I sleep (when my parents allow it) till the next morning. I was once asleep for over 17 hours! That s not normal. I already consulted several doctors and was in a sleep-lab for three nights. All they told me was: your sleep cycle is not right. Hadn t noticed -_- Medications and relaxation exercises don t work, I have tried everything my doctors and others told me. So, do you have any idea how I should proceed? (I m very sorry for all grammar and spelling mistakes, I m German)
