How Can A Contusion Along With Swelling On The Shin Bone Be Treated?

I have a bruised shin - which has been quite swollen for 3 days - about a 3 swollen area raised about 1/2 in. - a hematoma? I am on coumadin. I am trying to elevate my leg and use an icepack. anything else I should do? email YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an Orthopaedician.
You can take serratiopeptidase along with pain killer for better results. As 3 days have passed since your injury you can go for hot fomentation.
