How Can A Cut On The Tip Of The Penis Be Treated?

I have a cut on the tip of my penis that lines up with the exit of the urethra and makes it seems as if the opening is just larger. The injury happened around a year ago during masturbation and I did not do anything about it because I was to embarrassed. I was very stupid about it and being a teenager continued to masturbate around 3-4 days after the injury. I am want help now because I am feeling pains and believe that the cut is getting larger. Extra info: when cut happened it bled a little Extra Question: Will sexual intercourse or oral sex be affected/ male injury worse

A cut is usually nothing to worry about. Like any cut, it’ll heal relatively quickly.

This cut may lead to bacterial or fungal infection. A cut will heal in a few days and is treatable at home if it’s not too big.

Larger cuts may take a week or more to heal. Infected cuts may require medical attention.

An antifungal cream, such as clotrimazole, applied to the infected area can help treat a yeast infection.

Oral antibiotics, such as metronidazole, can help treat a trichomoniasis bacterial infection.
