Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The history you have provide suggest the possibility of a harmless condition called axillary abscess. It is nothing but a collection of pus under the skin to form a cystic swelling.
There is nothing to worry regarding this because it is a highly curable condition with prompt antibiotic therapy.
Diabetes is a common cause of recurrent abscesses.Poor personal hygiene also cause development of multiple abscesses.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
1.The pus and debris have to be removed by a minor procedure called "incision and drainage".A GP or a trained nurse can easily do it.
2.You have to start a short course of antibiotics preferably "ampiclox" for five to seven days.
3.Analgesics like "diclofenac" or "acetaminophen" for pain.
4.Hot compresses over the affected area provide symptomatic relief.
5.Check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.
6.Maintain good personal hygiene.Keep your axillary hair trimmed .

Hope I have answered your query
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Dr Shinas.
