How Can A Dark Rash Above The Upper Lip Be Treated?

My daughter had a running nose over a week ago and developed a rash between nose and upper lip, this has happened before. The rash has now turned into what seems like just a darker tone of her skin, but noticeable! What can be done to lighten it or get ride of it?

what is her age.itis allergic dermatitis. can give nasibion nasal drop. on rash can apply caladryl lotion. apply sunscreen lotion and avoid exposure to sun.
