How Can A Dog Bite Be Treated?

Hi Doc I got injured and there is a - Complete thickness tear in the mild substance and near the fermol atatchment of anterior cruciate ligament and Grade 2 injury in the posterior horn of lateral meniscus with a small horizontal peripheral tear. I am trying ayurved treatment and also physio. Can you pls suggest if the healing can happen without operation.
