How Can A Dog Bite Be Treated?

Good am my 9yr kid was bitten by a young dog about 1yr +- last April and had the complete vaccine and injections needed as advised by the doctor. Just today about 4 mos puppy (never vaccinated yet) bit the finger my of same child which has small bleeding. May i know what needs to be done aside from washing the bitten finger thoroughly with water and soap. Thanks so much in advance
