How Can A Heart Bump Like A Callus On The Penis And Scrotum Be Treated?
I recently shaved around my penis a few months back and cut myself.....over a period of time I developed a hard bump on my penis and scrotum I did research and kept it clean the pus is drawn out but there is a hard bump that wont go away what is that called I only have one sexual partner and haven t had sex in a while fearing that she might think I have been messing around what can I do about it it s hard like a callus
The treatment for a cut on the penis usually depends on the underlying cause. Do not touch or scratch. Ointments or creams help relieve itchiness and irritation. Apply hydrocortisone cream for relief from itching. For a fungal infection an antifungal cream is needed.
Since the bump is hard, it can be a wart so get STD test done to be on the safer side. If test result is positive your treating GP will prescribe an antibiotic or antiviral medication to treat an STI. For people with genital warts, or hard bumps the treating doctor may recommend removal by laser surgery, electrosurgery or cryotherapy.
