Hello, I have developed a heat rash in between my thighs and where my belt sits against my stomach.. I have been youing a rotation of gold bond and desitin to heal those. But I recently developed a rash around my penis, my penis has also become very dry and after sex or I get hard, little tears develop on the shaft of my penis.. what can I do to ease the pain and heal
