How Can A Human Bite Be Treated?

Hi sir how are you sir one of guy he bite me on my hand and muscle on of dr he suggested to me ARV but second shift dr said no it s not necessary this ATV just for animal bites not for Humen so it s not necessary sir vey confuse can you solve my problem

Hi thank you for querry,
in human bites wound cleaning,wound closure,prophylactic antibiotics and tetnus injection.
Although rare human bites have shown transmission of clostridium tetni,
but recomendation of US disease control and prevention says that tetnus immunoglobulin and three dose vaccine series for those who have unknown tetnus vaccine history or those who have recieved fewer than e doses.
