Hello, Let me tell you very frankly that idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis cannot be treated completely. There are different component of this condition which will have to be managed. Common comorbid medical conditions found in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obstructive sleep apnea, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and coronary artery disease.
