How Can A Kidney Infection Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with a kidney infection. I’m 51 and didn’t have a prior UTI. I have had a major trauma to my ankle back in July, I also have CFS and delvoped mono again for a few days. I had passed a stone in May! The trauma in July I landed on my side.

Please see that stone is a common cause of kidney infection besides diabetes . I will recommend the ultrasound abdomen done and urine culture and antibiotics sensitivity .After reports take sensitive antibiotic via intravenous route for at-least 5 days and then oral for a total of 14 days along with antibiotics increase fluid intake.
If stone present medicine for that .
