How Can A Large Bruise On The Arm Be Treated?

I have a large bruise on my left arm, have no idea where it came from, this morning on waking, both my eyes are dark under and around both sides, and on top of one, It looks like i have 2 black eyes, from an car accident. what is the cause, and why

Hello,

Bruising without an apparent history of trauma could be due to medications that affect blood clotting like Aspirin, Warfarin, etc., or it could be due to problems with blood clotting like platelet deficiency, coagulation factor deficiency, etc. You will need to undergo investigations to look for blood count, bleeding time, clotting time, and coagulation factor level.
