General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Following are the causes of the lump in the breast.
Lymph node enlargement:
hard, non tender, non movable: possiblity due to cancer spread
soft, tender, movable lymph node: Infection.
Fibroadenoma and abscess formation.

Further diagnosis should require FNAC/excision biopsy, USG scan after consulting the radiologist and surgeron.

For pain take ibuprufen or opioid.
For infection antibiotic is required.
For fibroadenoma: large mass should be removed by surgical process.
For cancer: treatment will depend on the severity and stage.
Excision followed by Chemotherapy and radiotherapy is treatment.
Hope this may helpful
