How Can A Lump On The Knuckle Be Treated?

Hi Dr. Rynne, how are you? i have a good question to ask u about an injury that my mother has, see my mother injured her knuckle while waving a pair of jeans to flatten the creases on a pair of jeans and she accidently hit her knuckle on her finger now she has a big lump, what can make it go away?

welcome to hcm ...please undergo the xray of the hamd both AP and lateral view ..if there is no bpny injury then take tab aceclofenic 100 mg two times and serratiopeptidase 15 mg two times ..then wait for 5 days ..swelling will disappear
