How Can A Meniscus Tear Be Treated?
Hi, MRI of my knee shows that I do have mild degeneration of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, and partial thickness tear at the posterior attachment of the lateral meniscus with mild extrusion along lateral aspect. I am female of 38 years old. Knee pain started about 1.5 years ago. An ultrasound showed sprain grade I in the medial collateral ligament. I did physiotherapy. The recent MRI shows the meniscus problem, and medial collateral ligament is normal. Just in case, I sprained the ankle two years ago. I am wondering what is the treatment for my meniscus? Thank you
