How Can A Monkey Scratch Be Treated?
Hi, I was scratched by a wild monkey in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The monkey attacked because I accidentally startled her baby who I didn’t realize was in the back of our vehicle - it was only a surface scratch what should I do? I cleaned the scratched area with alcohol wipes and iodine. Do I need any other injections or antibiotics?

you just have rinse the area with soap and water and take injection tetanus toxoid no other precaution required if there is not much prevelance rate of rabies otherwise rabies vaccination can be advised.
