Hi,

In most cases, the mouth ulcers develop for no apparent reason in people who are healthy. But in some cases the ulcers are related to other factors or diseases. These include injury, some medications
(alendronate, ibuprofen , aspirin), stress, a lack of iron. Mouth ulcers are more common in people with certain conditions - for example, Crohn's disease, coeliac disease, HIV infection and Behçet's disease.

So, in your condition you need a physical examination by a doctor to see what kind of ulcers are and to exclude some causes of the mouth ulcers above mentioned. Usually the mouth ulcers will go without treatment.

I hope my answer help you. Let me know if I can assist you further. I wish a quick recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
