hello i was diagnosed with a torn cartiagle in shoulder in jan on this year i had injuryed the shoulder in oct and seen a ortho surgegon he said at the tijme in jan that surgery was not nessacery wanted some physical theraphy so i did some for couple months not my shoulder is so much worse and locks up and is in constant pain and is starting to became a big problem in my main shoulder on right side not wanting to go back to that doctor what do u think
