How Can A Needle Stuck In The Big Toe Be Removed?

I believe I have a broken sewing needle stuck in my big toe, but I can t see it. Only thing is, I can feel a lump which I believe is the needle in my big toe... the pain has gotten worse in the last 24 hours to the point my toe nail is hurting. What medical advice can you give me
