How Can A Painful Bone Elevation On The Shin Be Treated?

I have a elevation of bone on my shin just below the knee. It is really affecting my routine play and activities.. The problem had aroused nearly ten years back in both the legs but got subsided. But now the bone elevation is giving me pain. I was a professional sportsman.

Hello,

Most probably it will be a hematoma or a contusion.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. Apply ice packs also.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. An MRI scan is required for further assessment.
