How Can A Painful Bruise On The Right Arm Be Treated?

I was putting a screen door away. It got stuck and when I pushed it I heard and felt a pop in my upper right arm. It was difficult to sleep and today it is bruised and hurts when lifting. I am taking eliquist, so wondering if I need to be concerned enough to call my doctor.

it can be due to any soft tissue injury.
keeping ice packs and hot fomentation will help you.
avoid lifting heavy weights.if swelling or restriction of movements persist,its better to go for a xray.
