How Can A Painful Bruise On The Shin Be Treated?

Hi, I banged my shin last week while trying to prevent my motorcycle from falling over, I had a large lump which I did ice and it went down, it has been just over a week, I still feel some discomfort in my shin but my concern is some bruising on the inside of my ankle around my foot.

Ice compression should be given. If it is open injury then dressing with beta dine should be done and injection TT should be given. It can be hematoma for which ice compression is to be given and thrombophob ointment can be applied externally.It should not be rubbed.It will slowly dissolved. Renal profile should be done and Nephrologist should be consulted
