General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I reviewed your query and here is my answer.
Since when you develop this cyst? How is the color? Is it red? Is it warm and painful to touch? Is it a sebaceous cyst? Looks like it will be a sebaceous cyst as it can occur on legs. Is there a punctum? Is it attached to the akin? If it is infected, then first it should be treated with antibiotics to get rid of germs and make it normal. After that if you want, it can be removed by a minor surgical procedure.
Hope i answered your question. Feel free to ask if you need further assistance. Thanks.
