Hello! You have two problems. One is the fractured Tibia and fibula of the left leg 2. The anxiety and panic attacks. Both do require urgent management. However the fractured bones of your left leg must be surgically treated with nailing and plating. This must be done urgently, on priority basis, as delay can cause damage to nearby blood vessels and tissues. Please consult an Orthopedic surgeon, who can carry out the surgery without delay. While you are in hospital, you can get Psychiatric advise on the management of anxiety and panic attacks. ,
