General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

I recommend using an anti hemorrhoids cream for local application.

I also recommend soaking in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes.

If the symptoms continue I suggest you see a proctologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
General & Family Physician
