How Can A Painful Haemorrhoid Be Treated?

I noticed swelling from a hemoroid that was in my rectum. It came out and at the same time I started discharge and pain from the discharge. I went to er. I was give n lidocaine and flagyl . the lidocaine turns to more painful discharge. I'm in hell. Its been three days of meds. Urine was neg. Don't know what happened. In and out of tub I hurt so bad. What can I do.
