How Can A Painful Ingrown Toenail Be Treated?
I have a painful ingrown big toenail. The nail on this toe is quite thick and when I cut it last it broke off and tore into the skin of the toe. I have had redness and pain and have tried soaking it and applying iodine and other anti-infective liquids on the top of the toe, but it is too short to trim again and to try to find the end which is causing the pain is difficult as the area is bloody and extremely tender.
