How Can A Painful Lump In The Groin Area Be Treated?

Hi, Ive recently found a painful lump on the right side between my anus & vagina ive put alcohol on it & it seems to be swelling , I think its a spider bite but I m not sure. Btw ive had no sexual activity & im anxious to know what it could be . any help ?

Hi Thank you for Query. It may be due to folliculitis or insect bite.Keep the area Clean.Apply Topical Antibiotic cream like mupirocin (T-bact) cream twice daily.You can take analgesic like brufen after food twice daily.Consult your doctor if it does not subside.
